During the past week, the Turkmenistan State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange registered 31 deals. Business representatives from the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas and hydrotreated diesel fuel produced by the “Turkmennebit” State Concern. Additionally, Turkish and Ukrainian entrepreneurs acquired liquefied gas from the “Turkmengaz” State Concern, and urea produced by “Turkmenhimiya.”
Moreover, companies from the UAE, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Ukraine purchased textiles, ready-made clothing, bed linens, cotton yarn, jacquard fabrics, Portland cement, as well as carbonated mineral waters and non-alcoholic beverages. The total value of the foreign currency transactions exceeded $14.29 million.
On the domestic market, local businesses purchased polypropylene from the “Turkmennebit” State Concern, along with float glass and cotton yarn, amounting to over 21.264 million Turkmen manat.
