Turkish defense firm Titra, a subsidiary of Pasifik Teknoloji, is preparing to showcase its latest rotary-wing UAVs at Verticon, the world’s largest vertical aviation conference and trade show, taking place from March 11 to 13 in Dallas, USA.
Formerly known as HAI (Helicopter Association International) Heli-Expo, the event is expected to attract over 15,000 industry professionals and more than 600 companies.
At the exhibition, Titra will display a model of Dumrul and a fair model of Alpin, highlighting its logistics solutions for the aviation sector.
Dumrul: Silent, Short-Range Reconnaissance UAV
Dumrul is a silent helicopter UAV powered by an electric motor. Weighing 17 to 18 kilograms (37.4 pounds), it can stay airborne for up to 30 minutes.
Designed for short-range reconnaissance and surveillance, Dumrul features under-mounted weapon systems and integrated imaging capabilities, allowing it to neutralize targets efficiently. Built for precision operations, Dumrul is being prepared for its first official deployment.
Alpin: Türkiye’s First Domestically Developed Unmanned Helicopter
Alpin is Türkiye’s first domestically produced unmanned helicopter, designed for long-range operations.
With an extended fuel tank, Alpin can fly for up to 9 hours, carrying a payload of over 200 kilograms (440 pounds), making it suitable for both military and civilian applications.
Featuring fully autonomous takeoff and landing capabilities, Alpin can perform pre-programmed missions along designated routes. Already integrated into Türkiye’s security forces, it represents a major milestone in the country’s UAV development.
Global Expansion and Technological Leadership
Titra executives aim to increase platform diversity, enhance international visibility, and pioneer logistics innovations.
During the event, company representatives will engage with international delegations and officials to foster collaborations.
Muhammed Selman Dönmez, Board Member of Pasifik Teknoloji and Founding Board Member of Titra, highlighted the company’s commitment to innovation and global expansion:
“At Pasifik Teknoloji, we are executing projects that enhance our innovative efforts to become a global player. We integrate these projects with our vision for globalization. We are proud to showcase our country’s strength and potential in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles in Dallas, USA.”
