On February 7, under the chairmanship of Kazakhstan, the second meeting of the Council of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Fund will be held with the participation of the culture ministers of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States. This was reported by the organization.

According to the information, the main topic of the meeting will be discussing strategic steps for the international protection, research, and promotion of Turkic cultural heritage as outlined in documents such as the “Turkic World Vision – 2040” and TURKTIME. Additionally, work plans for the years 2025-2026 will be reviewed.

The meeting will be attended by Kazakhstan’s Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Fund Aktoty Raimkulova, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture Adil Karimli, Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Gulbara Abdikalikova, as well as other cultural officials from the member states of the organization.

It is noted that the meeting, which will take place in Astana, Kazakhstan, will be accompanied by a series of cultural events.
