Joint actions in emergency situations are planned to be carried out by the end of this year. This announcement was made by the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, during the 4th meeting of health ministers from OTS member and observer states.

Omuraliev stated that the OTS has united on many platforms and said, “There is bilateral and beneficial cooperation in the field of healthcare between the member states. Our efforts are aimed at deepening multilateral cooperation.”

Omuraliev also expressed his confidence that the event would be successful and productive for the future development of the healthcare sector in OTS member countries.

The Secretary General further emphasized that the issues discussed and the decisions made at the meeting would add a new dimension to the future work of the organization.
