Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), met with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during his visit to Baku. The Secretary General expressed condolences for the recent tragic accident in Aktau, Kazakhstan.
