On April 18, 2025, a high-level delegation from the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) and the Alliance of Logistics Centers and Cargo Carriers of Turkic States met with leadership of the Turkic Investment Fund (TIF) at its headquarters in Istanbul.

Dr. Mirvokhid Azimov, OTS Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Askar Kadirov, Secretary General of the Alliance, were received by TIF President H.E. Baghdad Amreyev and General Director Mr. Ramil Babayev. The meeting aimed to deepen cooperation in enhancing the transport and logistics sectors across the Turkic world.

Discussions highlighted the need for joint investment initiatives to improve connectivity and facilitate large-scale infrastructure development among member states. Dr. Azimov also held a separate session with Mr. Babayev and TIF executives, where they explored concrete support mechanisms for infrastructure projects that promote economic integration.
