As part of his state visit to Mongolia, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev toured the National Museum of Genghis Khan in Ulaanbaatar. The museum, opened in 2019, houses over 10,000 artifacts, with a central focus on the life and legacy of the great ruler and conqueror Genghis Khan. The exhibits also highlight key periods of Mongolian state formation, from the Hunnu era to the 20th century. President Tokayev expressed his admiration for the collection, leaving a message in the guest book: “The National Museum of Genghis Khan is a chronicle of the extraordinary figure and the state he founded. May this spiritual center serve the people of Mongolia.”
