A meeting was held in Bishkek between Samat Isabekov, Chairman of the State Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan, and Sezai Uçarmaç, Deputy Minister of Trade of the Republic of Turkey. During the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral cooperation in customs, with a particular focus on simplifying customs procedures and enhancing the efficiency of interactions between the two countries’ customs services.
The discussion also covered topics of information exchange, improving the monitoring of goods and vehicles, and exploring opportunities to strengthen trade and economic relations. Additionally, the implementation of a protocol signed during the summit on November 5, 2024, in Bishkek between the State Customs Service and the Turkish Ministry of Trade was addressed. This protocol aims to cooperate in training and enhancing the skills of customs canine personnel.
Both sides expressed their commitment to continuing constructive dialogue and strengthening partnership relations, emphasizing the importance of experience and information exchange.
