According to a statement from the Ministry of Health, Health Minister Hakan Dinçyürek, who signed the contract, said,

“Hopefully, we will lay the foundation together in a few weeks and deliver the State Laboratory to the public by early July at the latest. May it bring good fortune.”

Dinçyürek also elaborated on the project:

“We completed the planning and projects, secured the financing, and launched a modern state laboratory project with a closed area of 2,198 square meters. This laboratory has been designed to be modern and accredited, ensuring that the reports it generates will be accepted internationally.”

He added, “The financing for the project was provided with the support of Motherland Turkey and funds from the Health Fund.” The total cost of the project is 88.464 million TL, and the construction is expected to be completed within 250 working days.

The project is scheduled for completion by July 5, 2025. Dinçyürek also emphasized that recent projects under the Ministry of Health have seen contractors pledge to deliver ahead of schedule, and they expect the same for this project.
