Azerbaijan has started the implementation of a new project in the Asgaran settlement of Khojaly district, announced by the Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SOCAR, Mikayil Jabbarov, on his X page. According to Jabbarov, the project is being carried out by Shahbulag Mining LLC, co-founded by the Azerbaijan Investment Company OJSC.

The core of the project is the construction of the AzCement plant, which will have an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons and is expected to provide employment for around 70 people. This initiative will contribute significantly to the development of infrastructure and industrial capacity in the liberated territories, further promoting the economic development of the region.
