A vibrant celebration of cultural unity is set to begin on April 21 with the Turkic Children’s Festival in Samsun. The three-day event will host 124 children from 9 different countries, aiming to strengthen cultural ties and foster the spirit of friendship among young generations.
The festival will commence with a parade featuring traditional costumes and national flags, turning the streets of Samsun into a colorful display. Events will include folk dance performances, workshops, games, and the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day ceremony, creating a lively and inclusive space for intercultural exchange.
The festival aims to highlight the shared heritage of the Turkic world and offer children an opportunity to explore traditions and celebrate togetherness.
