Ashgabat. The Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charity Foundation for Children in Need of Guardianship, O. Atabayeva, chaired a board meeting attended by foundation members. The main agenda focused on preparations for events marking the foundation’s fourth anniversary.

Since its establishment, the foundation has been dedicated to implementing projects aimed at safeguarding children’s health and providing support to those affected by natural disasters worldwide. The organization plays a key role in promoting humanitarian values and strengthening international cooperation in the field of social welfare.

During the meeting, participants emphasized the need for a well-structured series of anniversary events, including exhibitions, meetings, and training sessions to further highlight the foundation’s mission. The importance of ensuring broad public engagement and awareness of the foundation’s humanitarian initiatives was also underscored.

The discussion further highlighted the successful implementation of the “Saglyk” State Program, initiated by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, which focuses on strengthening the healthcare infrastructure and ensuring comprehensive medical support for children.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the board approved a number of decisions aimed at enhancing the foundation’s effectiveness. Recommendations were made on expanding humanitarian initiatives, fostering international partnerships, and improving social assistance programs for children.
